Discover the grit and character of Milwaukee in the living dioramas of Artifacts. Nestled among the concrete and corrugated steel of the Riverwest Creative District, the Goat Palace will be transformed into a wild space of dance and theater by Artistic Director Debra Loewen and theatrical collaborator Tony Horne.

From an abandoned car to the loading dock, from five distinct settings in warehouse bays to a sparking fire pit, site-based vignettes and installations unfold for a memorable experience. Sound artist C. Olivia Valenza mixes clarinet, whirring fans, ambient noise and chiming goat bells for a touch of whimsy.
