Michelle DiMeo is excited to be back in Milwaukee performing in her third season with Wild Space. She holds a BFA in Dance from UW-Milwaukee where she had the opportunity to perform in numerous works by Simone Ferro and Susan Marshall. Michelle has presented her own work in an independent dance concert co-produced with Emily Morrow and at Danceworks' 2006 Art to Art Summer Dance Series.  She has also studied in Europe in numerous classes throughout the Netherlands, workshops at Impulstanz International Dance Festival and the Geneva based Alias Company. She has spent the last year exploring the Minneapolis dance scene, taking classes & attending workshops. Michelle has performed in choreography by Jolene Konkel and by Katie Sopoci for Minnesota Fringe Festival. Most recently, she performed in Danceworks' "Simone Ferro and Friends". Michelle tells us she is grateful to Artistic Director Debra Loewen for the creative outlet, friendship, support and inspiration Wild Space Dance gives to her.

Jade Jablonski is thrilled to be dancing her second season with Wild Space. She earned her BA in Visual and Kinetic Expression, an independently devised major, from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2006. She has used her interdisciplinary studies to explore the relationship between the moving body and the wearable piece. While a student, she performed in numerous dance and performance art works, which led her to perform at three consecutive American College Dance Festivals from 2003 to 2005, one of which included her own choreographic work. In addition to performing, Jade also designs and contructs costumes. She has worked for Wild Space, the American Players Theatre, and the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre,
where she is currently the Costume Design
Apprentice for the 2007-08 season.

In her third season with Wild Space Dance Company Laura Murphy is having a lot of fun. Over the summer she choreographed and performed her first original work The Waiting Stone for Dancework's Art-to-Art Summer Showcase. Laura has also performed in Wild Space alum Sofi Askenazi's recent show Blueprint, as well as for Katie Sopoci, Dan Schuchart, Peggy Choy, and Simoni Ferro. She holds a BA in Dance and a BS in Conservation/Environmental Science from UWM and teaches through Wild Space's Outreach Education Program. She has continued her training through workshops and classes taught by San Diego's Elizabeth Swallow of McCaleb Dance, Bill Young, and various other Milwaukee locals.

Monica Rodero is in her sixth season with Wild Space. She earned her BFA in dance at UW-Milwaukee in 2003. Since graduation, Monica has received additional training by traveling through Europe to take classes and attend workshops and festivals such as the Impulstanz International Dance Festival in Vienna, Austria, where she studied with a variety of artists including a highlight experience with Nita Little. Monica teaches yoga through the UWM Outreach Department and enjoys instructing children and adults of all ages. She has pursued producing and presenting her own work including the independent dance concert, Brush Up, co-produced with Daniel Schuchart in August 2004. One year later she was presented as an emerging artist in Art-to-Art, a concert on the Danceworks Presents:  Summer Dance Series 2005. Two more collaborations with Dan Schuchart were presented last December on the UWM alumni concert, Dancemakers Redux, and by Wild Space in Various States of Undress.  The pair’s most recent endeavors include curating interactive, multi-media events in the Kunzelmann-Esser Lofts and Gallery, and touring another of their independent dance concerts, I Am for Now, Maybe Not Later, to the Minnesota Fringe Festival in August 2007.
